Benedicts is situated in the Shaftsbury Square are of Belfast and is a 5 minute walk away from the University or the centre of Belfast. It will cost about £7.50 to get to from Belfast City Airport and £25 from Belfast International Airport by taxi.
THE HOTEL *************
The hotel itself was opened in November 1998. When you first walk in you will notice the reception is done in dark wood and plush fabrics and has a sweeping staircase leading upstairs, there is also a lift.
THE ROOMS **************
There are three categories of rooms to choose from Executive, Standard/Double Twin or Double Twin(single Occupancy). The price you pay is for the room and breakfast the next morning, for example me and my boyfriend opted for the executive room which cost £80 in total and included breakfast the next morning and ohhh what a breakfast, anyway rooms are:
Executive Room £80 per night ----------------------------------------- What can I say fantastic room the basic info on this is, it is en-suite, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, ironing board&iron, cable tv, safe, spa bath, reclining chairs and hi-fi.
This is the room we stayed in and I have to say it is pure luxury the first thing you notice is the space, the decor is excellent and very tasteful, with a huge bed.
The wardrobes and drawers have loads of room in them too.
The bathroom was decorated in black and silver, with a spa bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a large wash area. Complementary dressing gowns, soaps, shower gels etc are also in the bathroom.
The tea coffee making facilites are of excellent quality and not the usual powdered cheap nasty stuff and you also get some bisuits.
My boyfriend loved the recling chairs saying it was just like the one from friends.
what can I say staying in this room wa sheer heaven.
Twin Double Rooms £70 per night -----------------------------------------------

FOOD ******* The hotel has a restaurant which breakfast (included in the price of your room) and dinner are served from,not sure about lunch as we ate out.
Dinner ---------- On the night we stayed there we had dinner in the hotels restaurant, they operate a beat the clock menu where the time you have your main meal is the price you pay for it i.e go down at 5.15 and your main meal will cost £5.15, the also have a variety of set menus ranging from £18 to £25 you can pick from.
Myself and my boyfriend had soup starters, steak mains and ice cream puddings, and I have to say the food was fantastic it was excellently presented and tasted sumptuous the bill came to about £40 but it was definately worth it.
Breakfast -------------- Now I have to say the breakfast is absolutely orgasmic.
Bear in mind you can have all or just some of what am listing is available for breakfast and believe me we had a go at just about everything including the full irish which was fantastic and am drooling just thinking about it.
For breakfast there is:
Fresh fruit juice, Full Irish breakfast and I mean full Cereal Toast Yoghurt Fresh fruit Omlette Tea/Coffee
The food is truely wonderful both for breakfast and dinner.
THE STAFF ************
We found the staff to be friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive until the time you leave.
OTHER ********
Benedicts is also a popular nite spot in Belfast with its own club, entrance is free to hotel guests.
OVERALL ***********
A fantastic place to stay and would definately recommend me and my boyfriend are planning to go again and stay 2 nights, in an executive room ohhh the spa bath.
