For my honeymoon last July we wemt to Benidorm and it was the best holiday that we have had had. I'd go back there again.
There are people of all ages there, and things to do for everyone. You would never be bored of things to do.
Benidorm is split in to two parts, the old town and the new town. The old town is where the locals live and is quieter and the new town is where the tourists go and is very lively. We stayed in the new town but did go to the old town a few times.
There is a theme park called terra mittica, where there are quite a few rides to go on. This theme park opened last summer. The theme park is in sections and named after different countries. There are different rides for adults and children. There is a rollercoaster which I did not go on as I do not like them, waterlog, a ride like the pepsi max at Blackpool and many more rides. From the centre of Benidorm it took about half an hour to get to Terra Mittica and we went on the coach. It opens at 10am but you should get there early as the queue's are really long to get in to the theme park. Also later on in the day the park gets busier so it is best to go as soon as it opens really so you do not have to wait in long queue's to go on each ride. They also do shows here too but we did not see one here though.
For people who like swimming there is a water park called Aqualandia, with water slides and pools and whirl pool. This is right next door to Mundamar and they do an offer if you go to these both places where you get so much off to go in each place if you book them together.
For the animal lovers there is a animal park called Mundamar. Here they have different kinds of birds, sealions and dolphins. They have shows here as well. We went to see the sealion show and the dolphin show and both were really good.
There are boat trips to different places like Altea, which is just out of benidorm and to peacock island and to the calpe as well. We went on the boat to Peacock Island where you can see Peacocks in a big cage. They do a tour of this island too but we just looked round ourselves and so did most people. There is also a cafe on this island where they sell food, alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks. The boot we went on to Peacock Island was a big boat and when we got there we all went to the bottom of the boat to look at all the fishes.
We went to Altea which is just out of Benidorm and went on the bus to get there as we did not get up in time to get the boat there. This is a small place compared to Benidorm and has a beach, sea and a few shops. Every Tuesday there is a flea market which is outside so we went to look around that.
There is so much to do. There is a kids fun fair and go carts and buggies which are for people of all ages.
The beach is kept nice and clean. Every night it gets cleaned.
There are loads of shops to choose from including clothes, supermarkets, candle and more.
Nightlife is great as well. Most pubs close at about 2 - 3am and the nightclubs stay open till 8am. There is that much to do, you would not get a moment of boredom. So anyone thinking of going abroad then you should choose benidorm. It is very lively at Benidorm and fun.
I would go here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to go this summer

I've not been to Benidorm but I've heard many excellent reports on it - both on the 'quiet' parts and on the 'lively' parts. Pleased you had a good honeymoon there. Mike

We propose some unforgettable holidays in "El Capistrano Villages", in Nerja, the privileged balcony of the Costa del Sol. "El Capistrano Villages" is, possibly, the most beautiful and exclusive Urbanisation on the Costa del Sol.
Advantages: A good all round holiday destination. Lovely places nearby and excellent climate. Disadvantages: Has a bad reputation with some people. I'm NOT there now and it isn't fair!
