Ich Liebe Berlin!
Advantages: Fabulous location, excellent staff, superb quality! Disadvantages: None!

I think 'Meliá' is a Spanish chain of hotels, as you will notice from the names of the bars and restaurants. The hotel is situated on the corner of Friedrichstraße and Am Weidendamm. It boasts 364 rooms over eight floors with different specifications, so it's easy to find a room that suits your budget and your ... ...Restaurant: Café Madrid - Bar: Meliá Tapas - Internet Access My Experience The Hotel The hotel looks huge from the outside, it's got hundreds of windows and looks beautiful all lit up at night. To your right is the business bit, with some computers which I think I remember being free to use and to your life is the hotel restaurant which is available to the public ...

Hotel Albergo - Berlin
Advantages: Quiet, reasonably priced and comfortable Disadvantages: Not really near anything
I stayed here in February and thought it was wonderful. There is a free phone at the airport which you can use to call the hotel and they come and collect your for free in their minibus. The hotel is fairly small, but it is well decorated and has good facilities including en-suite and wifi. I especially enjoyed the sauna/gym which also boasts a Physio-Therm cabinet which offers therapeutic heat to the back, light therapy and relaxing music (all included ... ...away) is an Italian restaurant and bar which offered really good meals at a reasonable price. Next to the restaurant is a lake with flamingos! which have been rescued by the restaurant. It was very cold when I stayed in February, but the rooms were comfy and cosy. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and mostly English speaking which was just as well as my German is very limited. On the downside you are not really near anything. There is a railway ...
