...Well I spent 3 weeks in sanFrancisco and to be honest spent the best 3 weeks of my life in the most beautiful and modern city in the world!
Firstly, the city has a cultural inspiration for all people and a wide range of entertainments, foods and shops to suit all tastes! The city itself is so 'user friendly' that it is virtually impossible to get lost when each road is clearly accesable to any other road. DOwntown SanFrancisco is known world wide for its famous trams taking you up the very steep streets which are present in San Fran!
the city has so many places to visit such as Alkatraz, the sanfrancisco museum and much, much more which all adds intrest for holiday goers worldwide!...

My favourite part of SanFrancisco was the Chinatown tour. We booked it through our Virgin holiday rep and were led round the quite large district by Ray. The meal before the tour was of very good quality but the tour itself was outstanding. Ray took us to the parts of Chinatown you wouldn't normally see. It was quite an eye-opener.
In summary, SanFrancisco was more than I expected in all the important factors you expect. Our hotel, the Handlerey at Union Square was unbelievably good, the shopping was varied and even kept me interested, the nightlife was fun and not too imposing and the culture would suit anyone. Easygoing and non-judgemental....

Joe Satriani is considered by many as one of the greatest guitarists to have ever lived. He manages to combine technical brilliance with melody to produce some excellent and powerful songs. He plays a good rock song too.
