The hotel is very easy to find on the outskirts of the City. Plenty of parking, although I understand it can get busy when there are events on.
We were sent to the wrong room to start with but the staff were extremely sorry and helpful. The lift wasn't working ... ...help with luggage.
The Bar is plesant and spacioust and open throughout the day for food or drinks. There is a 24 hour room service aswell. We were very impressed with the Hotel restaurant. The food was lovely and came without much delay. We ate 3 course meal in the evening (about £30) and full breakfasts (£13.50)
A short walk into Canterbury where the shops are great, and the bars and lots of touristy things to see. more

The room had all the facilities you would expect and was cleaned and re-plenished each day. Plenty of storage space. TV, tea/coffee/biscuits/ bathroom mini-bottles.
The only gripe was the heating which was easy enough to turn off in our room but the bathroom towel rail gave out alot of heat. There was an air-conditiong unit for the Summer. Not the place to stay if you want a nice view but we couldn't fault the service and friendliness of all the staff.
