A run down hotel, in the middle of Harrow that does no credit to the Best Western chain at all. At a cost of £75 for the room, I know it's cheap for the Londonish area but it really wasn't worth the money.

We got lost travelling to the hotel and rang them to ask for directions, we were passed through to the back office as the receptionist didn't know the area and was unable to help. The person who answered the phone in the back office was also new to the hotel and again didn't know the area and suggested ringing back later.
Our room was in an annexe at the back of the building and was in serious need of an overhaul. The bathroom was tiny and in need of a clean; the shower worked but not with a great deal of power; the shower curtain barely covered the opening of the shower and the towel rail was hanging off the wall.
In the hotel's favour it is close to Wembley by taxi, which cost £11 there but £20 on the return journey!
We didn't use the restaurant as it closed at 11.00 pm - they did advertise a Curry Buffet - however, there are a wide variety of different restaurants in the immediate vacinity.
