Advantages: friendly people, rooms, pools, public areas very well looked after, different themes everyday
Disadvantages: food variation... but what was out was tasty!

. Unfortunately as stunning as the beach was, it was filled with beach sellers everyday so no sunbeds or relaxing down there! The complex also had a group of monkeys running around which were so funny and were great fun to watch... just make sure you close your balcony door when you go out!!! Animation were very good, all different activites throughout the day although did leave you alone if you wernt interested. However if you take part you will get colored beads that you can swap in the gift shop, which is probably one of the cheapest hotels gift shops i have stayed in! Evening entertainment was not too great, even the caribbean do it better, they do try, but we gave up by the 3nd night and chilled out in the bar. Review of Voyager Beach Resort, Mombasa

An average day out at Cricket St Thomas

Advantages: A lovely walk, a few interesting animals
Disadvantages: Expensive, especially as it is over quickly

Towards the end of the summer holidays we were running out of things to do and getting slightly desperate, so we decided on a day trip to Cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park which is located near Chard in Somerset. We have visited the park before, about six years ago, and from memory I think that I was a little unimpressed but we thought that we would give it a second chance. I unfortunately doubt I will be giving it a third chance. ~*~ Location ~*~ Cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park is located on the A30, three miles away from Chard. It is signposted from the M5 and also the A303, so it is fairly easy to find. A large sign on the roadside indicates when you have arrived, and you have to drive down a long driveway to get to the car park. There is plenty of space to park free of charge. Review of The Wildlife Park, Cricket St Thomas

Best Western Le Donjon Les Ramparts certainly not Best Value

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Split into different buildings, expensive.

?? you guessed it back in the first building we visited. Begrudgingly we made our way back across the city, dodging ?sword sellers? on the way. RoomsThe building itself looked ?ok? I can?t really describe it any other way, it was a square building with grey walls but on entering it was actually very well set out. Stone floors and stairs, interesting antiques and very clean so I was quite looking forward seeing the rooms. Well I was disappointed. The rooms pictured on the Best Western website looked nothing like ours. I can only imagine that they are executive rooms and not standard ones. While ?grumpy?s? room had been recently refurbished ours looked like something from the Crossroads Motel. (Old midlands soap opera). It was shabby!
