As I told the receptionist that the air condition did not work, she did not believe me and told me that this is not true. Can you imagine! The next problem was when I wanted to check out. The receptionist could not add the tax ... ...pay with the credit card I wanted to. Finally, she did not even want to give me a confirmation that I paid.
I never met such a rude and incompetent staff! Moreover, usually you have to wait that she comes to the reception as she was smoking in the breakfast room. The next problem was when I wanted to check out. The receptionist could not add the tax number of my company. Then I was not allowed to pay with the credit card I wanted to. Finally, she did not even want to give me a confirmation that I paid. I never met such a rude and incompetent staff! Moreover, usually you have to wait that she comes to the reception as she was smoking in the breakfast room. The behaviour is unforgivable for this price.
