This hotel is terrible! I got a room on the ground floor. It was at least 30°C and the air condition did not work. Moreover, there was only one window which gave you a view into the storeroom! So no fresh air at all! As I told the receptionist that the air condition did not work, she did not believe me and told me that this is not true. Can you imagine! The next problem was when I wanted to check out. The receptionist could not add the tax number of my company. Then I was not allowed to pay with the credit card I wanted to. Finally, she did not even want to give me a confirmation that I paid. I never met such a rude and incompetent staff! Moreover, usually you have to wait that she comes to the reception as she was smoking in the breakfast room. The behaviour is unforgivable for this price. Generally, except of the bathrooms, the whole hotel has to be renovated. The floor creaks at each step, the furniture is old, and the wallpapers are torn. For sure, you can better places.
