Having stayed at this Hotel for three nights last weekend, with my wife and three children. I can honestly say, I didn't really want to leave. The facilites at this hotel are overwhelming. To say that you are spoilt for choice would be an "undersatement". I have stayed in a Best wesrtern before, but this place is a million miles away from what I was expecting. We only intended to use the hotel as a base whilst visiting family and friends, but as it transpired, we decided to invite some of the family to visit us at the hotel, as the children were well occupied. The facilities including swimming pool, spa, steam room, fitness suite and large childrens play area were very well maintained and managed, which is surprising for large corporate hotels. The choice of meals were great and they really focused on catering for everyone, especially children. However, the breakfast were a little expensive ( just over £10 pp). The staff were very polite and friendly, with a great child friendly attitude, again, which is a surprise for a large hotel chain. With lots to do in the surrounding area, we have decided to book for a week in the summer holidays, so we can really explore. Prices for a family room are very competetive, but I think it's worth paying a little more for that personal touch, which was in abundance at this venue..

Hi, welcome to Ciao. Great first review, but a quick tip....people tend to like you to put as much details as poss in, and ramble on a bit, ie you say the prices are competatifve, but what were the prices, also maybe how close the hotel is to other amenities and attractions. Some people even go so far as to put things like how many rooms the hotel has, but that sort of thing is only if you're aiming for exceptional etc
