I stayed one night at the Best Western Premier Carrefour De L'Europe in October 2005. I got a really good price of 80 euros a room for 2 people including breakfast - particularly cheap when you consider it is Brussels.
The hotel is ideally situated on the Grand Place - my room overlooked this - which is the main square in Brussels. It is also just around the corner from Central Station which has frequent links to the airport.
The room was huge - a large bathroom, bedroom and seating area. The breakfast buffet was very good - eggs, cheese, bread, cold meat etc and plenty of fruit juice and coffee/tea.
Even better, the hotel receptionist decided not to charge us for our mini bar!
I would definitely stay there next time I visit Brussels.
