Staff and check in:
When i've stayed here check in has always been really quick and we've been able to check in straight away. The satff on reception are friendly and polite. I've ordered room servie aswell and the staff again have been pleasant considering it has always been pretty late! Staff in the bars are always chatty and friendly too.

I've only ever stayed in the cresta premier room at the cresta court but, the hotel has had a refurbishment in recent years so it is a lot nicer than what it used to be on just the standard rooms. They have five categories of rooms at the hotel which are:

It really is in a very convenient location and the LOCATION is its greatest asset. It is a three star hotel in an area containing five star holiday attractions.
The hotel advertises its roof terrace as the sort of restaurant under the stars of everyone's dreams. I thought it was jaded and thus overrated with a distant view of the sea which was hardly on the waterfront.
The rooms are OK. I had a de-luxe room which had been reduced on-line from an advertised price of Euros 134 to Euros 75.The TV had CNN and BBC World and the bed was very comfortable. Advantages: Bacon and eggs on the breakfast buffet, English spoken. Disadvantages: Expensive, but it is in Zurich!
BestWestern Montana, Zurich is very close to the main Zurich railway station which was our reason for choosing this hotel. We paid £323 for three nights bed and breakfast in a double room. For Zurich this did not seem to be bad value for money.
The hotel has a restaurant serving evening meals but we did not try them as they seemed a bit pricey for what we wanted, and we found good food available elsewhere, notably at the station.
On arrival our reservation was easily found, we had booked through Alpharooms. The receptionist changed to English as soon as we spoke to her and there was no language problem at all. The lift up to our room was glass and we could see right through the hotel, this was a stylish feature which I rather liked. The lift was very smooth.
