The hotel offers great facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre. The hotel also has its own garden providing a relaxing atmosphere. Not may hotels have its own garden especially in the heart of London !!
The rooms are spread out over about 8 floors. Rooms are very clean, modern and extremely comfortable. All rooms have a TV, CD player, DVD player, In room movies (Pay), In room video games (Pay), mini bar, coffee and tea making.
Staff in the hotel are friendly and always happy to help.
Food is good and a wide variety. The hotel has a garden bar, Longue and a garden restuarant with amazing views of the landscaped...

...A run down hotel, in the middle of Harrow that does no credit to the BestWestern chain at all. At a cost of £75 for the room, I know it's cheap for the Londonish area but it really wasn't worth the money.
The hotel is situated at the side of a busy main road with the entrance to Reception and the free car park on another road - it would be helpful if the hotel could signpost directions to the entrance.
We got lost travelling to the hotel and rang them to ask for directions, we were passed through to the back office as the receptionist didn't know the area and was unable to help. The person who answered the phone in the back office was also new to the hotel and again didn't know the area and suggested ringing back later.
Our room was in an annexe at the back of the building and was in serious need of an overhaul. The bathroom...
