Best Western Swan Hotel, Wells

We arrived at the Swan mid afternoon to find the road closed and the hotel surrounded by Police - we wondered what we had let ourselves in for!!!! However, our minds were soon put at rest when Reception told us they were not Police but actors - they were filming a film "Hot Fuzz" (see website) around the city during the week and they had 22 rooms reserved at the hotel. We had booked using KitKash points and got a really good deal (£77.50 per room per night including breakfast) in what turned out to be a good quality 3* hotel.
