Advantages: Fun and Different
Disadvantages: No Cafe

I recently redeemed some Tesco Days Out vouchers from my Clubcard for a very reasonable £2.50 for £12.50 in vouchers (unfortunately this promotion has ended and now they are back to £5). In my enthusiasm to buy the vouchers, I hadn't really given much tho ...

Advantages: A beautiful area
Disadvantages: Not all the Park is suitable for disabled visitors

Advantages: A gorgeous environment, allows the kids to get some fresh air
Disadvantages: Not being able to go and mooch in the lovely old buildings on the outskirts of the park!

...This morning, out of boredom more than anything, we decided to try a new country park which opened in Sutton Coldfield a couple of years ago. New Hall Valley Country Park covers nearly 200 acres of green belt land and is a haven for wildlife and an amazin ...

A retail park fit for a Princess!

Advantages: A nice selection of shops
Disadvantages: No cafe to sit and unwind in, sometimes one of the shops will inexplicably close for days

...A small shopping area which I used to be lucky enough to live near is the Princess Alice Retail Park in New Oscott, Sutton Coldfield. It's not one of your massive retail parks, just a couple of rows of decent sized shops with good parking facilities. The ...
