Eccentric and utterly enjoyable bistro named for Vincent van Gogh's preferred French destination, Arles. The menu here is international, not French (the perfect creme caramel is an exception), but much of what is on offer is very good indeed. We loved the cream of celery soup, and have yet to taste a better version anywhere else in Romania. The breaded squid with curry sauce was imaginative and surprisingly good. You will leave with a smile on your face.
Advantages: The land, and the people Disadvantages: The Mistral!

Everyone has heard of the red rice of the Camargue, and the sea salt but you must also taste the black bull beef, and the tender lamb, the cheeses made from goat and ewe's milk, to say nothing of the many varieties of olive grown in the surrounding areas.
Arles has a passion for it's "bull games", a Camargue version of bullfighting where a troupe of young men dressed in white attempt to remove ribbons from a young camargue bull's horns, without getting tossed in the process. ...Well Bucharest is capital of Romania. But I really dont like this city. Is very huge. Lot of misery, aurolacs. Almost every step you make you will meet beggers and huge amount of misery. Advantages: Good service, reliable Disadvantages: only 1 direct flight per day between london and bucharest.
...This is a review on the flight between the journey from London to bucharest using Tarom Airlines. The flight is from Heathrow airport terminal 2 to Otopeni airport.
When you arrive at Heathrow airport if you need to pick up tickets for Tarom airlines then you go to the Luftansea ticket desk as Tarom does not have its own ticket desk at Heathrow.
The checkin at terminal 2 has two different ques for the Tarom flight to bucharest and the flight number is RO392. One que is for business customers and the other is for normal customers.
Aftre this you need to go through security. Make sure you remember the new rules on liquids in hand luggage. No liquids over 100ml or containers over 100ml.
Once you have gone through security you need to go into departures lounge and finally you will board the plane.
Tarom have one flight from London...
