Our favourite Brighton restaurant is Bistro Vino in Preston Street - close to the sea front & the main shopping street. We have returned several times to Bistro Vino on our day trips to the coast - the service there is excellent. We have experienced a warm, friendly atmosphere each time. The menu is varied with local fresh fish a speciality. The set menu offers a good choice and is exceptional value for money. After a wonderful meal at the Bistro Vino, a stroll along the sea front is always the perfect way to end our day in Brighton.
