I like it because it has a good conscience and a bad conscience. Sometimes you are faced with a situation where it would take longer to complete a task but it would be better in the long run or vice versa. The controls are a bit anoying at first and can be tricky to get the hang of, but once you get used to them they're alright. Once you have completed the first task, you get to choose a creature. The enormous bouquets of fresh flowers are beautiful.
I'm afraid I can't remember the cost of the trip, I think it was in the region of £1200 for two people for 4 nights, including flights from Heathrow with Virgin (booked as a package through Expedia). It may sound a bit expensive, but when you consider you are staying at one of the Worlds most famous hotels I don't think it's too bad.
If, like me, you fell in love with New York from watching old black and white films, then this is the hotel to stay in. Just be aware that now that the Hilton group ...
given two keycards and told our room number and directed to the lifts. Reception staff are very friendly and polite and the reception area is open 24 hours.
Our Room
Our room was lovely and very trendy decorated in black, white and silver with black and white striped duvet and curtains. The bed was really comfy and the biggest bed I have ever seen or slept in it was massive. There is a 32 inch flatscreen T.V on the wall, a desk and chair, hanging space for your clothes and boxed out spaces with a fridge below. The fridge contained drinks and snacks (Whisky, vodka, cava, gin, coke, bitter lemon, crisps, toblerone, chocolate milkshake, water and tonic water) a bit unusual to find crisps in the fridge but they tasted ok. There was a price list above the fridge with all the prices on. Our room was air conditioned which you could switch on ...
