Advantages: Big, lots to do, good fun hotel
Disadvantages: the scrambled egg was awful!!

I recently stayed overnight in this hotel with my partner, in order to assess the facilities, with a view to holding an event there. We found the staff to be extremely attentive and helpful, the check in procedure was straightforward. ...what Miss Spoilt Brat Paris Hilton has been up to recently. I find her annoying & the idea that any of our money may have indirectly played even a miniscule part in maintaining her irritatingly extravagant lifestyle most certainly was not favourable. ...the deal she got was impressive - £75 for a twin room per night (we booked two rooms for two nights) & free dinner on the first night, which came with a two night booking. Note, I whinge quite a bit about dinner although it's free, but I'm not a complainer just want to be as particular as I can so people thinking of paying to eat there will have an idea of what to expect. ...see it for myself when you look into a room when the maid cleaning. Even though it was Blackpool not the best place for a break, the hotel made our break one to remember and hopefully gave my partner the opportunity to try and forget the last six months. ... Read review

Advantages: It's a four star hotel
Disadvantages: Its' a standard four star hotel

We, a group of about 50 people, stayed for the weekend. For the name droppers Chubbie Brown was staying at the hotel at the same time, at least he was in the Bar The High Light to wake up Sunday morning to hear a noise, then to realise it was the roar of lions from the zoo next door. ...leisure complex was fairly well equipped and that the staff were, in the main, helpful and efficient. There was something about the place that just did not inspire me. Apart from being next to the zoo there is nothing which jumped out and bit me as being particularly memorable. We ate a few times in the restaurant.
