...of us have used the Norbreck Hotel. 2 carers and 2 disabled service users, and we can't fault the hotel at all, apart fromt he first time where centre booking had forgot to bok us into the disabled rooms, but since it was an over night stay we coped as best we could. Disadvantages: badly run hotel,food uneatable for most of the time.

...that I stayed at the Hollies Hotel.I complained to the hotel manager,they said something would be done with the problems,but nothing was ever done,they blamed the maintainace man for everything,and when ever the manager saw me again they would hide away from me.My advice is not stay at this hotel because not only was the room was terrible,the chef did not know how to cook food to any sort of standard,the hotel is badly run and some of the staff can ... THE RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL WAS VERY COLD AND UNWELCOMING.WE DID NOT HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL FOR TV IN ROOM AND WE WERE ONLY GIVEN AFTER PESTERING SEVERAL TIMES. LINEN WAS NOT CHANGED FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY WHICH WAS 5 NIGHTS!!!.WE DID PUT A COMPLAINT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE.THE BEDS WERE NEVER MADE PROPERLY,IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF PULLING UP THE LINEN.UOR STAY WAS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE.WE ENDED UP COMING TO THE HOTEL JUST FOR SLEEPING BUT IN DIRTY ...

I went to the Norbreck Castle hotel with my boyfriend for a cheap holiday before we depart ways for university. When we arrived the receptionist who was a youngish man with a sty above his eye, told us that we hadnt booked in through the system and that the printed out details from a email was only a garauntee not a confirmation. We told him that the money had been taken out of my boyfriends mums account and so it was more than a garauntee. He disappeared ...

...In the back of The Norbreck Castle Hotel is a very well hidden, massive commune of Jews. Why? I have absolutely no idea. I personally have nothing against Jews or anything. But there was a remarkable number of them skulking around in secret at the back of the hotel. It was as if they were trying to hide - and every room they were in was emblazened with "KEEP OUT" signs.
