I recently went to Blackpool with my Two children, for a couple of days. It is a good place for children however it becomes pricey as they want to go on everything and buy all they see!! The pier goes on forever, and is full of arcades and shops selling the things that kids cant resist!! The pleasure beach is also pricey, you pay whatever for a book of vouchers then they can use 1 per ride, but it still works out at quite a lot. The illuminations are nice, especially the lit up trams at night and the beaches are also pretty clean. But at least you can stroll along the piers at night to keep the kids amused
