My partner and I came back recently from a weeks holiday staying in the Blanc Palace complex and on the whole found I to be a nice place to stay. The complex is fairly large so there is a bit of a walk to the further rooms from the reception and bar areas, the rooms were functional and clean some might say a little basic but nothing that would spoil your holiday, the room we were in did face the main road and at certain times of the day & night could be a little noisy with general traffic and as the coaches were picking up and dropping off, and as quite a lot of tiled floor hotels it does suffer from the terrible noise of furniture being dragged across the floors above you. The main pool is fairly large,clean and deep with a children's pool by the side of it with plenty of sun beds which aren't allowed to be reserved with the towel scenario, the pool side bar had the normal snacks and refreshments that you would expect, we did find the price in the bar higher than we expected but that could have been due to other factors. They seemed to have entertainment on most nights in the quite large bar area , things like an Elvis impersonator and very good magician as well as others which we didn't see. There is a large restaurant on site which the menu was quite reasonable and varied or there's a supermarket just around the corner with all your main essentials, also across the road there is a small area with several bars and restaurants which are very friendly and reasonably priced and a little further down the road there is a bowling alley with free wi-fi access to the internet. I would say that if you've got children this would be a good place to go as the staff run a kids club in and around the pool area but if you haven't got children maybe you should look elsewhere as it does seem to cater more for young families.
