The Shopping Centre at Blanchardstoen is well worth the 15 minute journey from the centre of Dublin itself. It houses all the traditional high street stores from Mainland UK and Europe but also the more traditional stores that are unique to Ireland. The complex also houses a multiplex cinema, bowling and fast food outlets so there is more to do than merely shop. I loved all the small independent retailers that were dotted about on the lower ground floor. Its so airy and modern and masses of parking too. There's no need to go anywhere else, and all the buses go right up to it as well.
