The receptionist saw us leaving at 01:00 and used the master key and enters the apartment, stole my DVD cam. My car key I left on the table, he took and hided it in to the grill ... ...to bed. Around 12:00 I woke up and wanted to grill some steak in the grill oven, after a while, a burning plastic smell raised up in the air, this smell came from the grill oven. When I inspected the oven, I saw my keys burning; this was the moment I realised that my DVD cam was missing as well. The first question was why somebody shall hide my keys in the grill oven. We returned around 06:00 in the morning and wend to bed. Around 12:00 I woke up and wanted to grill some steak in the grill oven, after a while, a burning plastic smell raised up in the air, this smell came from the grill oven. When I inspected the oven, I saw my keys burning; this was the moment I realised that my DVD cam was missing as well. The first question was why somebody shall hide my keys in the grill oven. The car key was a remote control, so the person who hided it, did it so he could comeback for the key and search in the garages of Lloret de Mar, he just needed to press the key and the car shall beep. So only the receptionist could do this, because to come back in to the room, they need a master key. I have made report to the local police station and to the Apartment manager. He promises to investigate the issue, but never came back with feedback. I lost my car deposit as the key was burned. I lost my DVD cam with all my holiday's videos. So this Apartment was a big mistake, not a thief but, the apartment crew will [--] your holiday.
