Everyone told me it's a great story before I went. In the begining I found it quite boring and not impressed with the music. We sat in fron of the stage and could see the band right in front of us. I could see the players evry clearly. The costumes are not as good as I expected. Basically, it's more like a story show rather than a musical show. Maybe I expected too much after "The Phantom" and "Cats". Anyway, the story got more exciting and interesting in the end and the final scene was thrilling where the brothers killed each other in front of their mother. I couldn't forget the melody the mother sang. it's so sad and touching. Finally I decided it's a good show.
You gave away the ending, how could you... I know it's foreshadowed at the beginning, but somehow I don't think anyone who's been to she show thought it really would happen, or could have foreseen how it would.
