I love shopping...with a PASSION. I can't resist looking in all sorts of shops, even if i have no money to spend.
I first discovered Bluewater last christmas and i luuuuurrrrvvvvveee it! On my first visit i was in shopping heaven overwhelmed by the quantity of shops, and the range also. I just didn't know where to start!
The clothes shops are of wide variety, quite often in shopping centres, the clothes shops seem to be of similar price range, whereas in bluewater you get a range from the cheap and cheerful likes of H & M, Topshop, and then to the expensive designer lables like the Calvin Klein shop or designer lables in the big department shops.
This range is also mimicked for men with Topman, and Blakes to the likes of Ted Baker etc.
There are also a wide range of gimic shops along the lines of the gadget shop all selling interesting nic-nacs for present ideas.
I am a bit of a kid at heart and am a fan of their pic and mix sweets shops as well as Warner brothers store and the Disney store, which arent the biggest that i have seen but are sufficient for me!
The food court is also impressive and boasts a wide range of food outlets that should meet most tastes, including McDonalds, KFC, Jacket Potatoes, and many more, where you can either sit in the indoor food court or outside on the wooden floor looking out at the water. Yes, i forgot to mention, there is a sort of lake surrounding some of the complex.
Another point to mention is that Blue water does have slopes which are a plus for easy wheelchair access, and there are also quite a few lifts too.
Mum's shopping could be pleased with a childrens facility which is rock climbing up a plastic wall, it is safe, with experts at hand and safety equipment, but it does cost, the price of which i am not sure. I am sure that there probably is an area to leave your children to play but i have never noticed this as i do not have children, but will look out for this next time i go there and update this opinion.
There is so much more at Bluewater that i could write about for ages but i would end up sending you to sleep, if i havent already! Some of these that i will mention briefly are a cinema, a range of restaurants including TGI Fridays, and LOTS of free parking. Shop-o-holics, what are you waiting for? !

If you think that you fit the bill, please email me at jennifer.forde@bbc.co.uk
I look forward to hearing from you,
Best wishes,
Jennifer.
