Over 330 shops and restaurants and three leisure villages provide shoppers with a 'OneStop' shopping solution.

The shops are located within three malls, each with a different focus:

- The Guildhall offers the discerning shopper an exclusive selection of classic and high fashion retail, lifestyle stores and gourmet restaurants and cafes.

- The Rose Gallery has a family focus, with major high street retailers, children swear, toy shops, adventure play area and family restaurants.

- The Thames Walk recreates the excitement of shopping in the West End, with high street fashions, cafés, bars and entertainment designed to appeal to young, fashion-conscious shoppers.

T H E E N V I R O N M E N T :

This is a spacious, bright, and modern environment. The external architecture is quite stunning. Built in a disused quarry and beautifully illuminated at night. The layout is very intelligent with numerous seating positions throughout the centre. Designer leather sofas and armchairs add to your comfort.

E N T E R T A I N M E N T :

* 13 screen Showcase cinema

As well as your normal cinema facilities, Bluewater has the 'Gallery'. This is the ultimate in film viewing luxury. Firstly, you are allowed entry to a VIP bar where you are served complimentary refreshments and snacks. Once the film starts, your are escorted to the luxury leather seats (grouped in pairs!) where the refreshments and snacks are now served to you during the film.

* 'The Big Blue Rock'

A supervised 36 foot climbing wall. A young climbers academy is run every Saturday and Sunday morning and offers tuition for different levels of competency. Telephone 07899 698 464 for further details.

Bluewater has got to be one of the UK's premier shopping centres. No matter if its a journey to get there, its an experience you'll enjoy.
