Usually we called Bogor is Rainy City that because the intensity of raining especially in the afternoon and in the night. But sunny always happen to make you prepare with lotion.

Many tourism places are here. Taman Safari you can visit around Puncak. Local torist choose Taman Safari because of animal garden. A lot of public transportation we can take: minibus, micro bus (colt L-300), or bus. Ask how much money there: it is just 10 ribu (average $1)

Most people head for Bogor because of its legendarily beautiful botanical gardens, and pretty spectacular they are too. But Bogor deserves a bit more attention than that. ...always happy to travel to Bogor city. The green city that have "the Rain City" (Kota Hujan) as a nickname. That suggesting that it is very wet and nearly always Rains even during the dry season. Why Bogor is fun? The first reason, because the city close to Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. Only about 90 minutes from Jakarta, by train, bus, and taxi. The second reason, Bogor has many interesting places, including: *"Bogor Botanical Gardens", a Botanical ... ...historical inscriptions", *Some "researches center" including "CIFOR, the Center for International Forestry Research and" the "World Agroforestry Center", *And, many more... The third reason, I like the air. Cool and relatively clean. Very good to rest after a tiring days in Jakarta. Bogor is "Nice Place to Relax" ...

Bogor city has a very long history in government administration remind since Pajajaran Imperium Age, history evidence just like written on Batu Tulis epigraphy, those village names such Lawanggintung,Lawang Saketeng, Jerokuta, Baranangsiang and LeuwiSipatahunan, convinced that Pakuan as the capital of Pajajaran placed in Bogor City.
Bogor located at south of jakarta, you can reach bogor from jakarta in about 1 hour trough freeway.
this city is ... ...colonial in the 19th century, bogor was build for a rest city.
this city had a lot of good famous traditional food, if you come to bogor and not eat "toge goreng" or "talas" tahn you can not say you have been to bogor.
beside that traditional food bogor is very famous for "roti unyil", roti unyil is bread with small size with lot of taste
in bogor you also can find "puncak", puncak is a hill with a great cool weather, many people come to puncak ...
