The bond hotel is a family owned and run hotel in the south shore area of blackpool. the hotel specialises in holidays for disabled persons and their carers. Having 50 rooms this is a medium to large size hotel. They offer everything that could be needed including hoists and slings, cot sides, lifts, special dietery provisions, etc.etc. They have their own fleet of mercedes minibuses which have been converted to accomodate those with special needs including wheelchair ramps, lifts to the rear of the vehicle. these vehicles offer both pick up and return service and day trips around the north west. the hotel has evening entertainment and cabaret and bingo. the propriertors have announced plans to rebuild the hotel to 21stcentury standards including therapy rooms , spas, on site doctors, and so on. All in all a great hotel with great staff and a real family run atmosphere
