Clients- Its an 18 plus club, therefore you have to be under 18 to get in (In bonkers, show your library pass and your likely to get in. Dress code, smart bam style , that is the fringe that looks like you just swam to the front door, tight jeans pref. tan, tiberland boots (any colour), jumper - as long as it costs over £75 but doesnt look it, should be fine, and finaly jacket, doesnt matter cause it'll only have knife puncture wounds by 12:00.
Inside Club- Its a carpeted club with a very lovely pattern (you'll admire the detail cause your avoiding eye contact with the guy at the bar with the scar that starts from his forehead and plunges dowm to his bright orange shirt (not knowing or wanting to know where it finishes.) Take evryone out of the club and it'd be nice , but you dont get to appreciate with the glass warfare over your head.
Drinks - The only thing normal about the place, good selection but if your lips go anywhere near a breezer or a baileys, the queer(thats you) being male of course will have a much quicker ride home!!! , in an ambulance that is.
Atmosphere - Read above and i'll let you guess. Clue - fear.
There is a much greater selection of clubs in glasgow to go to , that is unless you fit the client description to a tee. In general dont look at the place , dont go near it, dont think about it , just DONT.
Advantages: There are none Disadvantages: There are too many to mention
This club should be closed down, honestly i dont know why they havent lost their licence.
The door staff are the worst, they let anyone in and dont ask for proof of age.
I used to go here about 5 years ago and i thought it was good because there was no one there my own age (i was 17).Now they dont let you in if your over 18!
There is a room up stairs called Flappers (slappers to those who know it) it plays mixed music 80s, 90s, dance.
The rest ...
Advantages: None! Disadvantages: Full of underage drinkers, leery males
I have been to many pubs and clubs in Glasgow, but the one Club I vow never to return to is Bonkers.
I was 18 when I first went to it, am now 24, and my memories from that age are enough not to return. However, I know it has not changed due to feedback from friends and workmates.
The words I could use to best describe it is 'cattle market'. Loads of young girls scantily dressed (obviously not old enough to be there in the first instance) and an ... ...I can remember getting groped on several occasions by passerbys (it gets absolutely stowed out and you cant get mocing - ideal opportunity for the leery ones). Yeeeuuuck, honestly, I wouldnt allow my daughter to go there.
The management and door staff really should get a kick up the rear end to stop them letting in such young people. ...
Advantages: Good drinks prices. Disadvantages: Too many kids there.
I went here last year (when I was 17) it was the WORST club I have ever been to and I can not reccomend this to anyone, that is unless you appreciate drunk kids bashing into you and throwing empty glass bottles into the air!!!! It has a couple of tiny dancefloors and plays 'bonkers' music, I got the impression that the people who go here are regulars and know what to expect, but for those of you who were'nt sure, it is not for the light hearted or ...

Advantages: good light hearted nights out Disadvantages: none
Bonkers fun pub in liverpool is one of the bests bars to be in, the music can be be a little cheesey but the atmosphere makes up for it.
A live bar show is performed on a regular basis and is really funny.
If you are celebrating a birthday or a stag/hen night Bonkers is the place to go.
On Fridays there is A TWO FOR ONE offer when the red strobe light is on.
Its the kind of place you go when you want a really good night out to let your hair down.
they also have the staff dressed up as various characters like Tina Turner and Bill Clinton wearting really scary masks.
Bonkers is a chain and I also believe there is one in Glasgow and and one in Newcastle.
Some of the comments for the Bonkers in Glasgow arent good but Liverpool's is the best. ...
Advantages: Near airport, good restaurant, Disadvantages: A bit of a trek to the beach
My husband and I went to Tobago for a diving holiday last October. If I can find somewhere to put it I'll review the diving - which was fantastic - but if you are interested and I don't find somewhere to list it, drop me a comment and I'll get back to you.
We had 4 nights at the Toucan Inn and then had to move to the sister hotel - Inn on the Bay - because someone had booked the entire hotel for his 40th birthday party and was flying over family and friends. Proof positive that some people love this hotel.
The hotel is near to the airport - about a 4 minute transfer. It's also near to a set of small shops so you can stock up on beer, ice cream and sun cream. There's also a couple of fast food places if you need them.
Toucan Inn has a great reputation for its restaurant which is called Bonkers. Bonkers is the name of the hotel ...
Advantages: Value for money Disadvantages: Pool quite small and shaded
We stayed at Bonkers in January 2006.
We had great reviews of this hotel from friends, who had visited it before, purely because the restuarant is well known and was apparently amazing. It was also the cheapest hotel I could find that had very good reviews.
However the chef had changed as he got head hunted by a larger hotel, and when we were there I would say the food was good, but not what I think it had been previously. Somestimes the service was fast, and other times slow.
The rooms are pretty large but basic with bed, wardrobes and table and chairs. They do have good air con though. Same goes for the bathroom. There is quite a lot of storage space. Or you can pay more and stay in a room nearer the pool (but this also means nearer the restaurant = noise) and I think it has extra space and possibly a fridge. However ...
