I had a great experience in borovets having snowboarding lessons, by the end of the week i could do jumps and spins.My snowboard instructer was very kind and although he only was supposed to teach us for 2 hours he stayed with us on the slopes and helped us out.
The resteraunt food is very good for the price you pay but the food you get with the hotel package is horrible. I advise you not to take the excursions to sophia as the people in charge told us to leave our passports on the coach and all the luggage got stolen. the hotel we stayed at - hotel moora had a strange smell as you walked in but had lovely veiws but poor resteraunt sevice. some of the bigger hotels have boot warming facilities so i would advise you to stay at those ones because it would be nice to wake up to lovey warm boots.

You need to expand to improve ratings , eg , where is Borovets ( never heard of it ) , why did you choose this place , average cost per season , etc. Welcome and good luck in Ciao
