it isn't the cheapest in leeds, but you get what you pay for!
it's really easy to get to, straight across from the train station, and near all the nightlife, shops and resteraunts. we didnt go to the resteraunt in the hotel, but the bar was pretty good, expensive as you'd expect though.
the room was great!!! all black & white, really big bed, nice posh bathroom with a really deep bath. lots of wardrobe space too.
the staff were nice but very trendy, looked like they should be hairdressers or working in topshop.
overall it was really nice, and worth the money. definately recommended, especially if you're there for a few days...

...i recently visited the fair city of MAnchester in England and stayed at the holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. What a fantastic and imposing building it is, a very special hotel and one that is so big. It has everything going for it as the hotel has every thing you could ever need.
Wjhats more is that it is in a nice part of a pretty dodgy city, as far as I could see the place only has three nice streets and luckily the hotel is located on one of them.
If you have to go to Manchester for any reason then this is the place to stay but it is quite expensice for what is afetr all only a place to go to sleep...

It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the very grimy city centre close to the memorial park and Cultural centre. It also has the added advantage of facing the waterfront which means you get a nice view from your balcony. the room is fairly spacious and comfortable, with about 100 tv channels to choose from. The business centre also has internet facilities at US$8 per hour.The hotel's facilities include, a coffee house, an Italian restaurant, Chinese Restaurant and Disco cum bar. It has the regular sporting facilities plus the added attraction of a golf driving range. Well, no ordinary driving range, but one where you hit a ball right into the sea, ahead...
