Well the holiday got off to a bad start as our flight was 11 hours late, but never mind that is not the hotels fault!
CHECK IN: Well we did arrive at two in the morning so the poor night steward couldnt ... ...all in. Never mind the place is lovely at night and they brought us some rum punch and apple juice to drink whilst waiting.
ROOM: We had a "deluxe studio" which was on the ground floor. It had a comfortable double bed, satellite TV, a sofa and table. There was a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and hot plate so you could cook your own meals.

CHECK IN: Well we did arrive at two in the morning so the poor night steward couldnt really cope - it took an hour to check us all in.
WELCOME PACK: We received a box with half a dozen eggs, bread, coffee / tea , jam and milk which was a fantastic extra.
BATHROOM: Bath, shower, toilet - clean and well laid out.
SERVICE: The studio was cleaned every day - they say that they won't wash up for you (but they do!!!) so really impressed.
BALCONY: Private balcony so you can virtually fall into the swimming pool - you have your own table, chairs and sun loungers.
FACILITIES: There is a private beach with free kayaks and canoes, and banana boat rides - also loads of sun loungers, there are two pools which are spotless and very relaxing - hundreds of free umbrellas and sun loungers so you dont need to worry about getting burnt.
FOOD: Breakfast we did not try - it is £15 per person and really average - buy your own from the supermarket. We did go for dinner once but the food was overpriced and not really worth it.
BARS: There are two bars serving reasonably priced drinks - particularly during happy hour (15.30 - 16.30) half priced rum punch and beers. The hotel are also happy if you buy your own drinks and bring them in!
BBQ: There are a number of gas BBQ around the resort you can use for free - perfect for a group meal on the cheap and you can buy fresh meat / fish from the market!
OTHER: THere is a library where you can swap books - this is great as it just a "drop one off and pick up a new one". The hotel staff can arrange all sorts of trips for you.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Very good - we paid for an all in package with VIrgin holidays and it was great value.
LOCATION: Two minutes walk from convenience stort - 15 mins walk from supermarket and 5 minutes in a taxi from St Lawrence Gap (best place for restaurants / bars). Also very well served by busses for Bridgetown (for shopping!)
