On the 7th November 2008 the Al Mahdi Mosque was officially opened in the centre of Bradford. It's a sign of the changing times and reaffirms the fact that Bradford is a multi cultural city with a huge Muslim population. This Mosque is a magnificent building, clearly visible from afar, standing like a palace against the skyline.
