We were planning to visit Pompeii but finding a decent hotel close by was as easy as excavating these ancient ruins with a teaspoon. So Naples it was.
The Holiday Inn looked perfect for our needs - on the edge of the city towards Pompei and easy access from the autostrade. When I say easy access, I mean 'in theory'...on a map...in my wildest dreams etc. The Holiday Inn is situated in a modern development of high-rise offices and commercial properties called Centro Direzionale directly connected to a link road from the A1 autostrade. Brandy Norwood, first came to the fore front, in the hit T.V series Moesha. A television series that showed the life of the Mitchelle family, a dysfunctional group, of African American stereotypes, there was the daughter, dad and mum. Brandy played the title role, and pulled it off pretty well I think the show ran from 1996 to 2001 I think. After that acting adventure Brandy went on to a little, seen Cinderella, fairytale. Which starred Whitney Houston, Bernadette Peters, and Whoopi Goldburg and of course Brandy as again the title role? Advantages: RnB, Soul, Dance, Chill out, Upbeat tracks, great tracks, great lyrics Disadvantages: None
In my opinion, 'Full Moon' is Brandy's best album to date.. I recall listening to this album a great deal in my university days after a friend of mine made me a copy:) to add to my RnB collection.
'Full Moon' is Brandy's third album released in 2002 and it was definitely a cut above the previous couple albums.
Although 'Full Moon' was the main single off this album and was the main hit off it, most of the tracks on the album were hits to me and any Brandy fan would agree..
What I liked about the album were the slow tracks mainly and Brandy's smooth (almost slightly husky) voice and vocal ability which are showcased really well on this album.
The best tracks on the album in my opinion are:
'Full Moon' which is a combination of slow RnB with an slightly upbeat rythm and soundtrack that made it very popular.
