    Advantages Advantages Great seasonal beer, good fries and hearty portions

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Never have I had a bad experience during my many trips to Vetter

    During my years in Heidelberg, I would have to say Vetter was a favorite spot of mine. The restaurant/pub has its own brewery, with the food being good, and the prices reasonable. Vetter has prided itself on being a sort of micro-brewery with an atmosphere to accomodate everyone. One of my favorite "distinct touches" Vetter has to offer must be the table candles. The setting of Vetter is unique as well. The brahaus is located right off of the old Heidelberg bridge, just down from the castle.
