We visit this restaurant on a regular basis and have always received EXCELLENT service. The service is prompt and food always hot and value for money. In the evening it can get busy but service is still same. The down side is that due to the childrens play area there are usually a lot of children running around the restaurant. We do not have any little ones but the play area is very popular. Often the restaurant has offer booklets available with vouchers giving money off or Buy one meal get one free. Top marks to all the staff. I tried to send this opinion only to be told that it was too short. It has to be a minimum of 120 words. Hope this adds enough words to the total!!!!

Adding text to make it up to the minimum word count is deemed not helpful as it isn't constructive. What you did write was actually what I wanted to hear in terms of content and with a little expansion I could well see this deserving a re-rate.
