I used Bridge the World for my holiday to Australia. I shopped around quite bit. I visited Trailfinders, Flightbookers, STA travel, Austravel and Travelbag. I did not find major differences in respect of price and choice. Most of them publish a standard catalogue with a few tours, hotels and day excursion available at each main center. You can customize your holiday by cherry picking from the catalogue what you really want to do. I found them to be quite be similar in price and choice. On average Bridgetheworld was marginally cheaper and Austravel a bit more expensive than the pack.
I found them superior in respect of advice provided. I was served by an Australian lady who was very friendly. It was clear from the beginning that she knew what she was talking about much better than the people I came across at the other agencies. She was very flexible in accomodating my requests, assess the feasibility of proposed changes of itinerary, search for better options, etc. She was a bit salesy ad the end, in pushing a few extras that I would probably exclude if had the chance to do it again.
I would definetively consider using them again, for possible trips to the southern emisphere and recommend you to .
