We had decided on a 3 seater leather sofa and some accessories. My 3 year old daughter Hannah had come with me. The store manager, Charlotte Waring, very kindly gave Hannah some soft toys to keep her amused while I signed the paperwork. Everything is run very efficiently here and the sofa would be delivered 3 weeks hence. Well, you guessed it, the sofa didn't arrive on the allocated date. Miss Waring apologised profusely and three days later, we had our 3 seater safely installed. Hannah always tries to drag me back into the store to play with the bunny & doll. Even though we are not shopping for home. A very friendly and moderately efficient service. Ask for Miss Waring for the best service.
