Having flown Britannia on numerous occassions into europe each time has been better than the time before. Britannia really do seem to listen to their customers views and try hard to accomodate their wishes. The airline staff have always been helpful and the only delay experienced was due to the French Air Traffic Controllers deciding to down tools which created a delay of 4 hours, not the fault of Britannia. The food on board is very good and varied. The Captain always communicates well with the passengers and provides information on the expected journey time and expected weather conditions and highlights many landmarks for the passengers to look at. Highly recommended and comfortable.
