Hi, I am sold on the economy, and how to improve oneself, including financially. In order to do this product testing, checking and 'changing' is important for 'best value'. Travel is a must, oh, and footy!

Brittania airways, a large company flying out of most airports. But how good are they?
Well, I fly regularly with my family and have used several airlines. Brittania is connected to bargain type holidays, package holidays. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is not at all personalised. Everyone is just a pound note sign to the company, well at least that is how it feels.
The planes are not at all roomy, people are packed in like sardines. Leg room in economy class is awful, at 6'1" tall it is rather unpleasant.
The staff are reasonably pleasant, but are extremely pleasant when they try to sell you something, such as duty frees etc. I am sure they must be on a commission for sales!
The planes themselves are quite up to date with many new planes on the fleet, but because of the very fast turnaround time at airports the cleanliness when you embark could improve.
The food served is very basic and airliny (if thats a word!), it could so easily be improved.
I think the airline should employ more caring staff, not just for when you embark or disembark, but for the legnth and time of the complete flight. This would make life better during the journey, when you are in tight cramped positions!
