Smashing airline! I have travelled with them many times, twice on their new 777s, and it was a pleasure! The staff are so very friendly, at both the UK end and the US end. I cannot express how lovely they are in words, as they helped me so much with travel at a young age. The food on the flight is surprisingly good, and on the 777s in economy you get YOUR OWN TELEVISION! With 14 or so tv channels and also eight or so radio channels. It's so much fun and pleasure to fly with them, and I recommend it. If you feel like splashing out, try their business class. They let me sit in business class for an hour once before landing because I was 14 at the time and travelling alone - it was something else!
