I fly British Airways a minimum of eight times a year. Four of those flights leave at 2 a.m. in the morning. Despite this the Cabin Crew are always curteous and helpful even at such an obscene hour. The food isalways served at an appropriate hour closest to the normal meal time. The seating can be a little squashed if you are over 6 foot tall in the economy cabin. I have never ad a punctuality problem in the 6 years I have flown with British airways. I have flown in their new 777 model aircraft and they are extremely comfortable. The air mile system also works very well and they work with Hertz to make it even more attractive. The extra price is certainly worth it.
