I wonder on what basis british Airways can still justify calling themselves the world's favourite airline? I have read that they are only the 7th largest carrier so it isn't in terms of passengers carried, and if my recent experience is anything to go by it can't have anything to do with customer satisfaction. The staff seem perfectly pleasant when it comes to handing out the approved amount of food and drinks with a plastic smile but askfor anything out of this ralm of the mundane and the attitude you get is "its more than my jobs worth" In my opinion for the extravagent prices we, the customer, should expect more - long live the budge airline

It's hard to have a real smile as opposed to a 'plastic smile' when having the pleasure of handing out food and drinks to hordes of ungrateful passengers.
