I have used British Airways to travel couple of times. To be honest here, I am never disappointed with the services they provide. Although some of my friends told me that the stewardesses of British Airways are very impolite sometimes, in addition some of them are quite old (which is really offensive to me). However I don't know whether I am lucky or my friends are just bluffing, I never have this kind of situation. The stewardess always smile and always polite to me.
However, one thing I want to complain about the British Airways is the food. The food is really bad sometimes. Well perhaps all the airplane food are like that. However I have a bad experience that some of the food, though it is claimed to be hot, it was not cooked inside the meat. Well the stewardess was willing to change for me. I do hope that there will be some improvements on the food.
