In the last 2 months i have been on 2 holidays. one to egypt and one to saudia arabia, both i had very different experiences with using BA airlines.

When travelling to Egypt on a boeing 747, the Ba flight cabin crew in (or whatever they are called these days) were very nice the world traveller section,
We had no food booked for us on that flight which is a mistake which can happen. the way the flight crew dealt with the problem was brilliant, they managed to get us some Halal food from the first class section and it was brilliant.

- customer service was brilliant,
- very polite people
- clean areoplane
- space is not too bad in the world traveller section, bit cramped but i have had worse.
- if your really tall or kinda big request a space at the front of each section as they have the most leg room.

on the way back from Egypt it was just as good.......

when travelling to saudia arabia on a boeing 777 the service was very good. we were very lucky because we got a free upgrade the food was great,
the service was great better then when we went to egypt...

HOWEVER!!!....
on the way back i expeienced a cabin crew that all looked like they were either Hungover or were the miserablest bunch of idiots i have ever seen. (and thats being polite)
our food got messed up once again but the cabin crew made out like it was our fault and kept blaming the travel agency that i had booked through. However after having repeatedly telling them, that the travel agent was travelling with us ( it was my dad) and i know for a fact that he had sorted it out.
so it was their mistake as 4 of us had our appropriate food and 2 were missing.
my mum and little sister had no food and were offered Ham sandwiches.
ok right Ham sandwiches....
we have just come from a pilgramage in Saudia arabia...
all dressed up, looking like a blatent Muslim..and they offer my mum and litlle sister Ham sandwiches...makes sense eh?

so they offered us 2 dry crackers and a few pieces of some nasty cheese, thats to share between my little sister and my mum.
that flight was smelly
the cabin crew were very rude
club class was just as bad as the economy class,
it was dirty
the worst 5 hour flight of my life!!

so guys i have had very mixed experiences with BA but i just look at that bad experience as a one off and am not put off flying with them because of the other great experinces with BA.

i would fly with them again but i would make sure its not a small plane and is one of those big jumbo ones couse they are brilliant.
overall i must say that BA is better then alot of other airlines that i have flown with.
