I was made to feel most welcome on the flight to Port of SpainTrinidad, the staff very polite and helpful.
The food was reasonable but I have tasted better, my colleague had requested vegetarian and this appeared to be a better option than the normal two choices for the average meal. Something to bear in mind for future travel.
I experienced no delays and was ground 15 minutes earlier at my destination.
The return flight was better food and certainly a warm flight despite coming from 33 degrees to 10 degrees. Quick disembarkment meant the connection to another flight was stress free and easy.
I would certainly pay that bit more to travel BA again over cheaper alternatives.
The luggage quota was good and no excess luggage had to be paid and I was travelling with a bicycle and two large cases.
A nice start, but to be sure of a good rating I feel you needed more. Perhaps a bit more about your check-in experience, the seating, which class you were in, in-flight entertainment, the toilets, any duty-free sales, etc.
