Usually i would congratulate or applaud brithsh airways on their service but my last experience i dont think so. Fair enough there are always delays but they really took their time this time, i was not too upset only when my luggage was missing when i got to my destination thats when i became really upset. I did get it retrived 3 days later but i was very disappoited. The thing which i did like about the service was that they gave a lot of very helpful information to me and even some directions. This may have been a one off but usually i am very happy with the service.
