I booked a trip that consisted of Belfast-London-Los Angeles-Brisbane-New York-London-Belfast through the British Airways travel shop.
The price was good considering the trip. The lady who dealt with me was excellent-no request was too much trouble. Being very tall i had asked about thepossibility of extra leg room and she duly put in a request. She explained and arranged everything and i have to say that part of it went smoothly.
My only downside was the legs of that flight that were oerated by BA didn't live up to the high standard set my the shop-but thats for another review!
All in all a good experience. If you're happy to fly on BA then i would certainly advise using their travel shops

Having worked many moons ago in the BA travel shop in Belfast - it certainly has improved its shop, and the staff were always lovely. But l am surprised that they still operate - it never seems busy! BA l have found are decent to fly with although although lve never booked a direct holiday with them. Welcome to Ciao. Heather
