I recently bought two return tickets for a BM flight to Belfast from London Heathrow.
The Airport services (check-in ETC) were reliable, respectable, smart, helpful, approachable and all together gave me a good feel about the rest of my journey. As we came to boarding the aircraft I expected a small low budget tacky aeroplane that would just about get me off the ground. Afterall my ticket was a special offer and was modestly cheap. (£39.99 inc TAX)
However as i walked throught the gateway i noticed that the aircraft was a fairly large Airbus plane which looked quite professional and almost classy compared to the rest of the planes from low budget airlines that I had been on.
It was only whe i boarded that i realised that British midland is infact an excellent airline with modern planes and a top class service with a comfortable and convenient cabin. And not the Low Budget airline that i expected.
The rest of my journey was interesting comfortable convenient and the staff were fantastic.
TOP MARKS FOR BRITISH MIDLAND!!
